Use of elevator is permitted only for guests who stay in the same room, meaning that if elevator is occupied eve with one guest, another guest who is waiting for elevator needs to wait until it is free.
Disinfective liquids are available in the public areas we well as in rooms.We are using reccommended cleaning products that are effective agains virus.
Entire staff wearing protective masks and gloves in public areas, back office areas, in guest rooms during cleaning etc. We have increased frequency of cleaning of high touch points (reception areas, handles, remote controls, elevators, switches, chairs, tables, entrance area, hand bars etc). We have generally increased fequency and areas of cleaning and disinfecting public areas, rooms after and before guest arrival. So far we had high level of cleaning and higiene confirmed by guests who stayed with us in the past, however, here are specific extra steps we took in this regards: We are closely monitoring development of local and international pandemic situation as well as reccommendations from various sources including official local and international health institutions and we are implementing it or even in some areas taking even stringer measures than reccommended.
